Here’s a typical Antique Outboard Club “dry meet”…..this one was held at Jack Deck’s house on June 3rd, 2022. Note that the outboard being tested in this video clip is a 1957 Firestone 5 horsepower twin. Runs nice for 65 years old!
On July 9th, 2022, the AOMCI Western Reserve Chapter held a “wet meet” at Pymatuming Lake, on the Ohio / Pennsylvania border. This video shows a few of the boats and motors that were tested that day !
On July 16, the AOMCI held the big meet at Constantine. Scott Winbush and Jay Miller rebuilt a 1922 Elto Quad (with electric start!).. Here is Scott giving it a test run on the lake. Not many people have the skills necessary to get a really old motor like this to run this nicely. Good job, Scott and Jay!
